Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the OMNIA NAILS STUDIO app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2.Loyalty Program

The OMNIA NAILS STUDIO loyalty program allows you to earn points for eligible visits to OMNIA NAILS STUDIO. Points are awarded at the clinic's discretion and may be subject to change. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

3.Points & Rewards

Points are credited to your account following a verified visit. Rewards can be redeemed subject to availability and the clinic's current offers. OMNIA NAILS STUDIO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

4.Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5.Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to manipulate the points system, create multiple accounts, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all points.

6.Referral Program

If a referral program is available, bonus points are credited when the referred patient completes their first eligible visit. Referral abuse (e.g., self-referral) is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all referral points.

7.Appointments & Bookings

Bookings made through the app are subject to availability and clinic confirmation. OMNIA NAILS STUDIO reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. No-shows may affect your loyalty standing.

8.Limitation of Liability

OMNIA NAILS STUDIO and DRMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the loyalty program.

9.Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality within the OMNIA NAILS STUDIO app are the property of DRMO or OMNIA NAILS STUDIO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

10.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, all accrued points and rewards will be forfeited.

11.Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

12.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app.
