This page explains how to request deletion of your OMNIA NAILS STUDIO account and the personal data associated with it. OMNIA NAILS STUDIO is a patient booking and loyalty app for OMNIA NAILS STUDIO, operated by DRMO. If you created an account in the app, you may request its permanent deletion at any time using the steps below.

2.How to Delete Your Account In-App

• —Step 1: Open the OMNIA NAILS STUDIO app and sign in.
• —Step 2: Go to Profile / Settings.
• —Step 3: Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

3.How to Delete Your Account by Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to info@drmo.app from the phone number or email linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include the name and phone number you used to register so we can verify your identity. We respond within 10 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

4.What Data Is Deleted

• Your name and phone number
• Your account and login credentials
• Appointment and booking history
• Loyalty points, rewards, and referral history
• Membership records
• App usage and device diagnostic data linked to your account

5.What Data Is Retained

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud:

• Transaction and invoice records required for tax and accounting purposes — retained for up to 5 years, then deleted
• Records we are legally obligated to keep by Egyptian law

Retained records are kept only for the stated purpose and are not used for marketing.
